Dr. Shaina DeMichele
Dr. Shaina DeMichele is a dedicated and licensed physical therapist committed to enhancing her community’s quality of life by aiding them in returning to daily activities, excelling in their chosen sports, and living pain-free. She began her journey in physical therapy earning a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Applied Kinesiology from Rutgers University. She furthered her education at the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine, where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and was recognized by the National Honors Society for Physical Therapy Students for her academic achievements.
With extensive clinical experience, Dr. DeMichele has provided physical therapy services across a range of conditions, including orthopedic/musculoskeletal, neurological and vestibular disorders. Her background also includes Athletic Training, where she supported the Rutgers Football team during her undergraduate years.
Dr. DeMichele’s passion lies in helping patients regain function and lead pain-free lives through effective movement. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys outdoor activities like running, paddle boarding, and relaxing on the beach. An avid traveler, she is always planning her next adventure and loves exploring new cities. Dr. DeMichele also actively volunteers her therapy services in the community, so if you spot her out and about, don’t hesitate to say hello!
